Whatever you need to know about Marketing
Marketing and sale are the two most important aspects of your business. Before you start any advertisement, it is better to have a plan for your marketing strategy. In addition to that, if you have already done the exercises of module 3, you may already have your price list. It means that you have already made the ship’s body and now is the time to build the rest of it. Moreover, your job as a business manager is to be engaged every time with marketing. You are actually the “CEO of Marketing” which is like being the ship captain. It means no matter what, you should do constantly care about marketing. So, this is important to guide your ship in the correct place where you can find many fishes. In Module 2 you learned about the different markets which can work as a navigation for your way to fishes. Before you start your departure, now it is time to prepare all you may need in the middle of the sea.
Furthermore, the marketing plan is like a to-do-list in which you write all of the activities that ought to be done in a chronological manner. This is a time of making the best possible decision base on your budget and abilities.
In the previous modules, I have already explained about targeting people as well as finding your best target group. You also cleared your product, services, or idea, their properties, and their prices. In addition to that, you had also worked on finding a proper market as the first opportunity, second opportunity, and other development plans. Now it’s time to begin to find the customer and what we call it “LEAD”. This part will explain to you about finding customers and how you can sell to customers your product or services. So let’s begin with the “Tactical plan” which we call it marketing campaign. You may hear about online marketing. However, the marketing campaign does not involve just a single set of actions. On the contrary, it is the combination of different actions you do to find customers including the advertisement, your website, all your online and offline activities.
