The main challenge for this university was the decline in student numbers after the COVID-19 pandemic—especially among applicants to private universities with higher tuition fees—as well as a lack of international visibility and communication. Through Astroper’s marketing and development strategy, more than 150 students were actively engaged in the application process and partly motivated to participate in entrance examinations. In addition, the university’s brand name was successfully established in new regions and countries.

2023–Present, Swan Stay Property Management GmbH

The business model of this company is based on short-term property rentals. Astroper developed the entire business concept, handled the company formation, identified suitable locations, supported contract negotiations, and set up the online booking platform. In addition, Astroper was responsible for brand development and market expansion, enabling the company to operate successfully in the market today with a profit margin of 24–36%.

2015–2017, Kepus, Vienna

For the company Kepus in Vienna, Astroper managed the complete sales and marketing strategy between 2015 and 2017. Our focus was on building a sustainable sales system, positioning the brand in the Austrian market, and developing targeted marketing campaigns to acquire customers.

2019, Mobilitas Health Group

Astroper analyzed market requirements in the healthcare sector, developed tailored go-to-market strategies, and supported the company in certifying and launching its products in new countries. Through this structured export strategy, Mobilitas Health Group was able to significantly expand its international presence and establish sustainable business relationships in the European market.

2015, Magister Doscar

For the traditional brand Magister Doscar, Astroper managed the complete market development and export strategy for the EMEA region. Our team identified suitable distribution partners, negotiated with local representatives, and created the necessary export structures to efficiently introduce the products into new markets. In addition to coordinating sales, Astroper also supported brand presence and positioning in the target countries to enhance visibility and build trust with end customers.

2004–2011, Marabu GmbH & Co. KG

Between 2004 and 2011, Astroper played a key role in the market introduction of Marabu GmbH & Co. KG’s products in a new country within the EMEA region. We built local distribution partners, established export structures, and strategically supported the brand’s successful market entry.
